What are Early Childhood Services?

Early Childhood Services are available for students who require the supports of an Individualized Education Plan (IEP). These services include Talk it Up, Play and Say, and Friendship Fun. Students will benefit from these services to make progress on their individualized goals and objectives as outlined in their IEP.

Talk it Up

Talk it up is a phonologically based classroom service that allows students to increase the intelligibility of early sound production. Teachers support students through one on one services as well as small or large group services. Parents are also educated in how to provide supports at home.

Play and Say

Play and Say is a language based classroom service that allows students to build skills in their language development. Teachers support students through one on one services as well as small or large group services. Parents are also educated in how to provide supports at home.

 

Friendship Fun
